EFT/Tapping Basics

What is EFT?

EFT is a very flexible improvement tool that can be used for just about everything. I am using my version of it here and have had extraordinary results. I often refer to my own version as “tapping.” The original version of EFT and complete training can be found at www.emofree.com, the website of EFT founder Gary Craig. You’ll also find countless case histories there, along with the variety of issues and conditions EFT has been successfully used for.

Tapping is a type of energy healing — a really fast, effective, and pretty painless way to release unwanted emotional and physical blocks.  Those blocks are what’s keeping you from being your happiest, most effective self.

It’s been called “psychological acupressure.”  You stimulate your own meridian points by tapping on them with your fingertips. At the same time, you tune into the problem with your words, letting your system know what you want to release. This clears out blocks in the pathways of your energy system so that it’s back in balance — so you feel better!

Basic tapping is great for managing your symptoms — the pain, the worry, the frustration.  But when we focus on the root problem CAUSING the symptom, tapping can eliminate the issue completely. And it can be done in a surprisingly short amount of time.

Emotions are linked to your physical state, so affecting your emotional state with tapping can improve all kinds of conditions and diseases. And tapping is great for releasing fears, old feelings and limiting beliefs that are holding you back.

I’ve seen transforming results from tapping, on both the giving and receiving ends.  Working with others, I’ve shared my skills and experience as a practitioner, resulting in some surprisingly great healing. And I’ve used tapping on my own issues, both alone and working with other practitioners.  It’s such an extraordinary tool!

Tapping works much, much faster than traditional therapy does, saving you lots of money, time, and uncomfortable pondering and processing between sessions.
