Coaching

We’ll get started by discussing your individual coaching goals. So if we haven’t had this talk yet, please call me at 805-203-5136. There’s no charge for this initial phone consultation.

We’ll then work together in our 80-minute session. Most clients prefer several sessions, and find that three (3) is a good place to start. Your goals are what’s important here, so together we’ll plan your best strategy to reach them.

EFT Coaching by Phone

EFT is very effective over the phone, saves travel time and expense, and is the “green” option.  You’ll get simple instructions by email before our call, and will very easily pick it up as I walk you through it.

After our call, you’ll get an MP3 file of an audio recording of our session.  You can replay it any time – to use as a model to tap along with, or to replay follow-up suggestions.

Scheduling Your Session

Once we’ve scheduled your session, you’ll receive an information packet by email. This will include a brief form for you to complete. You’ll also get a diagram of the tapping points and a full explanation of how our session will go.

Cancellation Policy

The time set aside for your appointment is reserved just for you and cannot be replaced. If you need to cancel or reschedule our session, please give 24 hours notice is to avoid being charged for the session time.
